California Zephyr, 2021
California Zephyr is the longest daily route passenger train operated by Amtrak. It runs from Chicago, Illinois to Emeryville, California crossing the plains of Nebraska, Iowa, and Illinois, the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, the desert landscape of Utah and Nevada, and the Sierra Nevada range in California. It is considered to be the most scenic route in the United States of America. This is a document of the journey, the country’s landscape and the train’s passengers.
